Scope Overview

You will be part of our collaborative team of airport investment and airport advisory professionals. You will play a supporting role in providing rigorous and robust financial and economic analysis and solutions related to airport investments, planning and operations. Your primary role is to do valuations of investment targets (airports and airport groups), build financial models and impairment models, review annual IFRS and RAS financials of the airports, review monthly management accounts and prepare internal monthly financial reports, work with management of investee companies to prepare various financial reports and annual budgets, review loan and project finance agreements, make internal and external presentations and support due diligence teams. You are also required to learn basic traffic forecasting and main revenue and cost drivers of airport to deliver value to clients and investors. It will be preferred if you are also familiar with the valuation of derivative instruments such as options and swaps, tax and accounting treatments. You will receive significant international exposure working with a diverse set of projects, partners, public and private stakeholders and clients. You must be able to work effectively with project teams of different disciplines and cultures, often in emerging markets where English is not the primary language.

Skills & Experience Required

You should have a degree in Finance / Accountancy / Economics and at least 5-8 years of related work experience, preferably in both accounting / auditing and corporate advisory. Having a CFA and/or CA qualification will be preferred. You must be analytical and enjoy working with diverse teams in challenging environment and possess a demonstrated passion for excellence in endeavors you have undertaken. This appointment may require travelling at short notice.
