Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Working with management to establish and execute the sales strategy and deliver on key performance indicators for the US Offshore market
  • Represent the UCITS Xtrackers platform with the US Offshore clients and as a central point of contact for the US distribution teams
  • Organize and participate in meetings and events with both existing and potential clients (e.g. introduction and review meetings, road shows, conferences, events)
  • Handling client requests whilst ensuring a prompt and accurate response
  • Share with clients and prospects DWS's thought leadership, generate Investment ideas and ad-hoc content in the region that supports the implementation through our Xtrackers UCITS platform


Your Skills and Experience:
  • Strong background in sales and relationship management in the ETF / AM industry covering US Offshore Intermediary platforms, including their regulatory structure, compliance governance, and requirements
  • Strong, collaborative leadership style with the capacity to develop solid peer-to-peer relationships across the organization
  • Excellent analytical, technical, and project management skills
  • A self-starter with strong sales capabilities, as demonstrated by revenue figures
  • Educated to Bachelor's degree level. Undergraduate degree in relevant field, such as economics, finance, or business administration (or equivalent qualification / work experience). A post-graduate degree such as an MS or an MBA and investment certifications such as CFA or CIMA are preferred


How You'll Lead:
  • Strong collaboration with US National Accounts, Intermediary and Wealth teams to drive Xtrackers UCITS sales and support relationship management activity
  • Coordination with the Global Passive Client Coverage Distribution team to share thought leadership, market insights, marketing strategy, and trends in the respective regions
  • Work closely to the Product and Investment teams, to identify product gaps and support product placement with US Offshore platforms
