Head/VP of DCM - Top Chinese Investment Bank

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead and guide overall DCM business
Responsible for Debt Capital Markets deal origination, execution and syndication for bond issuance and placement, negotiate, structure and liaise with potential issuers and investors
Coordinate with front line staff in other divisions or branches of the company for business opportunities and business development
Support credit rating advisory works, when required
Responsible for internal approval processes such due diligence and document review
Build market network with counterparties
Stay up-to-date on DCM market development and keep senior management and team members posted
Coach and train up junior staff members and perform such other duties as assigned by senior management

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor Degree or above in Business modules
10+ years DCM origination and execution experience with proven DCM deal track record for Head of DCM; 7-10 years of experiences for VP of DCM
CFA OR CPA professional qualifications are preferred;
Sound DCM products and industry knowledge and hands-on experience in the execution of primary bond issuance
Able to lead and oversee the end-to-end process
Experienced in the structure and review of legal documents for the primary bond issuance
Excellent industry and client connections to originate business
Sophisticated in dealing with professional parties and regulatory authorities; Presentable, client facing, and excellent project management and analytical skills
Spoken English and Mandarin is a must for this role
