Sales Support Specialist
Work with salespeople on all aspects of the client and sales lifecycle. Fixed Income proposals, analyze tender offers, work the book, generate credit analysis, compare mutual fund.
Support sales through the development and execution of client strategy and sales initiatives, including maintenance of associated reports. Work with the Investment Lab and participate in the Investment Committee. Work with Credit to assess the appropriate product and Loanable Value for each client need. Work with Third Party Managers to discuss investment opportunities.
Constant interaction with Investment Lab and Investment Committee: Performs Manager Due Diligence to enhance both our platform and our Focus List, develop trade ideas. Work together with Investment Counselors with Portfolio Rebalancing Opportunities campaigns and Weekly Actionable Ideas.
Supports salespeople and clients with investment proposals, including asset allocation reports.
Works with regional teams to enhance tools, including Do it Your Self Proposal Tool and Asset Allocation reports.
Co-leads Sales Meetings by presenting Strategic and Tactical Asset Allocation guidelines in line with Citi Adaptive Valuation Strategic methodology, new investment themes and Managers Due Diligence.
Co-leads Asset Allocation Initiative , present to salespeople and clients the benefits of Asset Allocation and Active Management compared to holding individual bonds, hence improving risk adjusted returns and diversification. Supports Management with the elaboration of financial and producer plan, planning management reports, financial planning, client events sponsorship and preparation and control routines.
Supports Management with Hiring by helping newly hired salespeople with training new Mutual Funds agreements to allow smooth onboarding of portfolios from the competition.
