We Offer
Ma ndate Solutions is within the Managed Solutions APAC within Private Banking APAC Division. It is further split into Advisory mandates and Discretionary mandates.

The Division at Credit Suisse, Powai is experiencing continuous growth, as such we have an opportunity for a Mandate Solutions Support Specialist in Powai, Mumbai.

It will involve coordinating with Mandate Solutions SG/HK, Relationship Managers, Portfolio managers, Product teams, IT and Compliance to enable pre-sales and after-sales service for Credit Suisse Invest (CSI)/Advisory mandates and Discretionary mandates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Discretionary portfolio management (DPM): Prepare pre-sales and after sales collaterals for Discretionary Mandates which include standardized and customized reports across multiple asset classes.
  • Operationalize various "Run the bank" initiatives and service enhancements.
  • Prepare regular & adhoc performance measurement reports as per requirements.
  • First level support for Mandate Solutions, RMs and IC on remediation activities, internal audit, exceptions, queries, etc.
  • Prepare internal process documents and supervisory control reports for checkpoints and audit purposes.
  • Represent Powai team at various workgroups and senior management meetings.
  • Seek to establish processes and feedback mechanism for better client experience to internal and external partners.
  • Adhere to stringent risk management and control processes to deliver accurate outputs on a timely basis.
  • Ability to work as a part of team and maintain strong communication as well as positive relationships with peers and business partners.


You Offer
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in multi-asset class portfolios in a client/RM servicing capacity.
  • Possess an academic background in Finance/Investments or related field; additional certifications like CFA would be a plus.
  • Proficient in financial markets and investment management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and good at partner management.
  • Effective analytical and problem solving skills along with Solution oriented and personal impact.
  • Outstanding command of English and excellent presentation skills.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel/VBA and Bloomberg.
  • Highly motivated, self driven, team spirit, diligent and a "can do" attitude.
  • Results-oriented, dedicated, hardworking and can work on own initiative whilst also working under pressure to deliver on time with a high level of integrity, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards.
