Descrição da oferta

  • Responsible for all cash management, investments, insurance, budgeting, and financial reporting;
  • Designing and implementing the company's financial strategy and hiring needs;
  • Coordinate the development of the annual operating, capital, and program budgets, and reporting against the same;
  • Drive the company's financial planning (prepare reliable current and forecasting reports);
  • Monitor performance with appropriate tracking, establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting for the management team;
  • Oversee all finance operations, including billing in accordance with contracts, debt collection, vendor payments, and staff payments;
  • Manage customer relationships from a financial perspective;
  • Set up and oversee the company's finance IT system;
  • Ensure compliance with the law and company's policies;
  • Research revenue opportunities and economic trends, analyse internal operations, identify areas of cost reduction and process enhancement;
  • Perform risk management by analyzing the organization's liabilities and investments;
  • Raising debt, negotiating with banks;
  • Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the operations;
  • Manage and lead the Finance function and all finance personnel.

Perfil ideal

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Management or similar;
  • MBA can be a plus;
  • In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices;
  • Understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues, and tax planning;
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods;
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP);
  • Experience in implementing ERP and BI;
  • Ability to strategize and solve problems;
  • Experience with mergers and acquisitions;
  • Working knowledge of raising capital beyond traditional lines of credit;
  • International experience (including setting up subsidiaries);
  • Strong leadership and organizational skillsExcellent communication and people skills;
  • Qualifications in Accounting, Finance or relevant field;
  • Excellent command of Portuguese and English languages;
  • Audit experience with big 4 is preferred.
