- Act as Responsible Officer with management responsibilities and duties to supervise SFC regulated activities of the firm
- Ensure operations comply with all existing relevant regulatory requirements and applicable laws as well as risk management requirements and standard of good market practices
- Drive and develop investment banking business including IPO and advisory transactions
- Build up good relationship with clients and maintain strong business network
Requirements:
- Current holder of Responsible Officer & Principal licenses registered under SFC (Type 6)
- University degree in accounting/ economics/ finance/ investment related discipline, professional qualifications such as CPA/ CFA preferred
- Sound knowledge of SFO, regulations and guidelines
- Excellent leadership capabilities
- Strong command in spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin
