- Participate in the origination/evaluation of potential deals, marketing initiatives and management of client relationship
- Lead and supervise a team in the execution of corporate finance transactions, including IPO, financial advisory, takeovers, mergers and acquisitions and other fund raising activities
- Communicate with clients, professional parties and regulators including the Stock Exchange and SFC
- Perform due diligence, coordination and management of other professional parties on the transactions and ensure all major projects are in compliance with regulatory requirements and guidelines FC
Requirements
- Degree holder in Accountancy, Finance, Law or any related discipline, preferably with related professional qualifications including MBA, CPA and/or CFA
- 5 to 8 years' relevant experience, with proven track record of handling IPO and financial advisory deals, i.e. participated and completed at least 3 IPO projects throughout the whole process
- Holder of SFC licence for Type 6 regulated activity
- Sound knowledge in the Listing Rules, Takeovers Code and other relevant rules and regulations
- Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
