Business Analyst / Product Owner (fintech)

Venture-backed digital asset fintech in growth mode seeks a talented client-facing business analyst/product owner to join their team.

Based in NY, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering the firm's innovative product to the market. This is a complex, multi-faceted role with a broad remit and, as such, the successful candidate will need to bring a blend of analytical, operational, product, project, relationship management and technical skills to the table. A strong track record spanning the following is required:
*5-10 years in management/technology consulting, i-banking, fintech or vendor;
*Business analysis; requirements gathering, epics, user stories, technical specifications;
*Project Management; coordinate and deliver projects in complex environments (strong preference for software delivery);
*Hands-on experience with data model/field level mapping/trade template;
*Sound knowledge of front-to-back trade workflow and automation;
*In-depth knowledge of financial products (ie: ETD / OTC derivatives);
*Experience putting together - and delivering - pitch books, decks, modelling and presentations;
*Extensive client / senior stakeholder relationship management;
*Strong technical bias and familiarity with technical concepts (ie: API's, data standards, programming a plus);
*A degree in a technical discipline (computer science, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, math, operations research) from a top school strongly preferred;
*Professional certification (ie CFA or PMP) preferred;
*An interest/passion for technology and innovation;
*Outstanding communication and presentation skills;
