JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Make strategic plans for REIT initiatives. prepare and coordinate China assets REIT for listing in Singapore. Propose approaches and execution plans
- Work with China team on overall portfolio management under various funds set up in Singapore with seed assets in China
- Assist China team on offshore financing and hedging
- Work with China team and KC BUs on channeling and structuring Chinese investors to offshore investment deals led by Keppel
- Maintain, manage, and nurture fund investors' relationships
- Ensure compliance with all terms and requirements on the fund documents;
- Manage project timeline and track critical project milestones
- Prepare and ensure timely delivery of the fund's regular reporting, including business plans, fund reports, portfolio status reports, budgets, financial statements and other reports
- Track the fund's performance to the business plan and annual budget, prepare monthly variance reports and update financial projections. Recommend strategies to improve the fund's performance
- Prepare and review fund capital movements including capital calls, distributions, and transfers
- Participate in recapitalization, refinancing or disposition of assets under management
- Assist in underwriting new acquisitions by reviewing operating budget, capital budget and market comparable
- Ad hoc tasks assigned by the company
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, management or equivalent in an academic field directly related and essential to this position
- CFA, CPA or MBA preferable
- 8+ years of real estate private equity related work experience preferred. Previous China working experience is a plus
- Proficient in Mandarin Chinese
