High Yield Credit Analyst
Radcliffe Capital Management is a suburban Philadelphia hedge fund with over $2.5B of AUM. Founded in 1996, Radcliffe manages multiple defensive credit strategies including our flagship Ultra Short Duration Fund that has outperformed its benchmarks for 11 consecutive years. Our clients include some of the largest institutional investors and high-net-worth families in the U.S.
We are seeking a junior high yield credit analyst with 1-3 years of experience. The position involves a high degree of responsibility, working directly with the senior management of the firm in a small, highly talented team. New hires are mentored to assist in their role that involves conducting rigorous fundamental credit research by building internal models that incorporate extensive quantitative and qualitative data, with conclusions presented by the analysts to senior management.
Candidates must have strong financial modeling, analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Candidates will be tested on their ability to convincingly demonstrate corporate credit analytical expertise. Candidates must also have excellent references and a close connection to the Philadelphia area.
The right candidate will also be trained as a trader, depending on his/her skillset and interest to learn.
Radcliffe offers competitive compensation and benefits including health & dental insurance, 401k contributions, and free daily-catered lunch. We have a relaxed dress code, and a no-drama culture that extols both high performance and collaboration.
