Deloitte Financial Advisory is actively recruiting in Qatar for several positions within Transaction Services (Financial Due Diligence and Operational Commercial Advisory/ Feasibility Studies), Valuations, Financial Modelling, Restructuring Services, Forensics and Real Estate. We are looking for a number of candidates with a minimum of 3 years’ plus professional experience within a Big 4 environment or similar. The individuals must have an excellent academic record and a solid background in M&A. This is an amazing opportunity to be part of a large established team in Qatar with the number one professional services company worldwide. Arabic language skills are preferred but not essential.

Transaction Services: • Buy side acquisition assistance • Sell side vendor assistance, including vendor due diligence • IPO assist • IPO readiness • Private equity services • Accounting advice on Sale & Purchase agreements (SPA) • Post merger integration • Separation and carve-out services

Valuation & Business Modelling Services: • Business valuations • Fairness opinions • Purchase price allocation • Impairment testing • Financial modelling • Dispute valuations • Tax, financial & regulatory reporting • Intellectual property & intangible asset valuations • Tangible asset appraisals • IFRS 9 – Estimated Credit Loss provisioning • Business plan and financial feasibility studies

Restructuring and Value Creation Services: • Financial restructuring • Operational restructuring • Strategic cost optimisation • Cash and working capital management • Interim support services • Supply chain risk mitigation • Asset quality reviews • Corporate exit management • Crisis management • Contingency planning • Insolvency

Corporate Finance Advisory: • Buy-side/ sell-side advisory • Identification and prioritisation of potential investors • Pricing guidance • Development of investment story • Advising on ‘go-to market’ strategy • Preparation of marketing material (teaser and information memorandum) • Bid evaluation • Deal negotiation
