Your key responsibilities 

As Manager in Corporate Strategy, at EY Parthenon, your will have a dynamic and strategic role in the following fields of business:

• Corporate strategy: To help the first level of the client's director to define where he wants to be in the middle and wide square, and we set up the route to achieve it;
• Usual projects: Strategic plan;
• Transactions: To advise investor to give them comfort on the potential and sustainability of a company from a business or operational point of view;
• Usual projects: Commercial due diligence, operational due diligence;
• Post-deal: Within the scope of a transaction, you will advise companies once merged the split so that it maximizes its potential and captures all synergies and opportunities after the operation;
• Usual projects: Post merger integration, Carve out;
• Value optimization: To transform companies at an operational and organizational level to maximize their growth potential, increase their impact on their customers, diversify their product and service portfolio or achieve operational efficiencies;
• Usual projects: Operational restructuring, market entry, pricing strategy, commercial plan and product portfolio diversification strategy;
• Digital & Analytics: To define strategies and differentiated solutions based on advanced analytics and emerging technologies, with the purpose of carrying out the digital transformation of companies and optimizing decision-making, operations and broad scope;
• Usual projects: Predictive Customer Analytics, digital capture plan, geostrategic analysis, Digital Brand Positioning plan, etc.
• Team management;
• Acting as mentor and coach to the junior members of the team and leading by example.

To qualify for the role, you must have 

• Academic bachelor or master;
• 5-7 years of experience, including in strategic consulting and/or commercial and/or operational transaction support;
• Project management skills: Delivery structure and conclusions, completion of demanding plans, management and coordination of team members and management of the relationship with the client and heads of other departments;
• Commercial skills to identify new customers and opportunities;
• Full Portuguese and English Proficiency;
• Availability to work in Portugal and abroad.
