Role And Responsibilities

  • Coordinate onboarding and assets migration for France and the European branches (in relation with technical teams, operational teams, coverage, product team in France and the relevant BI teams in the locations)
  • Contact, oversight and coordinate IT teams for communication flows, links and needed set ups for internal and external tools and applications (SFTP, DSQ...) needed and make sure the tests run smoothly before the client implementation.
  • Be the unique entry point of the client for all topics regarding Global custody (Settlement, corporate action, tax, cash) and make the implementation as smooth as possible
  • Report the project progress to managers, coverage, ops teams and client
  • If needed, support and help sales teams to complete RFP questionnaires focused on the onboarding process

PROFILE

  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to deal with all levels and cultures both, in regards to general communication with peers, senior managers and stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Knowledge of the internal BNP Paribas Securities Services organization and structures.
  • Good knowledge of at least one of the activities BNP Paribas Securities Services is performing and it is required for the onboarding tasks (Clearing, Custody or Settlement).
  • Very good Office applications knowledge is required for the position
  • Project management knowledge is a plus
