Senior Vice President - Loan Origination (China focus)

Exciting new role for you

The role is expected to serve as a door-opener to connect with new clients in the China Market and to enhance the profile of the Bank in the market.
You will be formulating appropriate business plans and cultivate business opportunities in order to achieve overall profit targets and goals. You will be formulating innovative marketing plans to ensure value creation for the clients and taking initiative and pro-active stance in the solicitation of mandates for the Department. You will oversee the proper execution and completion of all responsible transactions and work closely with Relationship Managers or other stakeholders to create pitches and proposals for clients as well as perfecting the Department's Reverse Marketing business models. As an SVP, you will be supporting the department head in formulating strategy and promoting deals/tasks. You will be nurturing the performance and potential of juniors by providing regular feedback and guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree holder in Business or related disciplines
• Relationship Manager that possess strong network with various clients in the China market
• Over 10 years of relevant experience in Corporate Banking, preferably with CFA qualification
• Excellent knowledge of loan origination;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to deal with different parties in tactful way;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
