This central function within global distribution, servicing the wholesale, institutional and hedge new business distribution teams for the following asset classes: equities, fixed income, hedge funds, absolute return funds and multi-asset. Individuals work closely with senior sales and investment team members.

The team is responsible for the creation of pitch/tender and due diligence materials for fixed income, equity and hedge fund products across both retail and institutional distribution teams globally. This role will be responsible for preparing standard and complex RFPs/DDQs.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Be accountable for partnering with investment teams and completing responses in German and English to RFPs and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) for investment management services, and to pension consultants' questionnaires while adhering strictly to our compliance rules.
  • Ensure the RFP library is developed and kept up to date.
  • Liaise with investment managers, business development, client relationship management, product specialists and other business units to coordinate the efficient collection and presentation of information/data.
  • Proactively share information with the wider Investment Marketing & Communications department.
  • Establish effective working relationships with other team members globally.
  • Perform other one-off or project work as required.

The role requires:
  • Previous experience of creating/writing investment material is preferred. Ideally minimum 1 years' experience in a similar role.
  • German mother tongue, and excellent command of English. Good knowledge of Italian would be an asset.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Investment knowledge across asset classes would be an advantage.
  • Ideally university degree educated or qualification considered equivalent (IMC)
