- Responsible for fund operations including but not limited to fund closings, information disclosure, settlements, investor enquires, capital calls, distributions, and performance estimate related to funds;
- Lead discussion and coordination with Product and Portfolio Managers;
- Manage internal and external key stakeholders, fund administrators, nominee agents, legal counsel and compliance and other related parties;
- Responsible to perform fund operations / accounting and administrative works related to all funds;
- Manage the task priority and be actively involved in the daily work, not limited to checker, but also maker if needed.
- Ad hoc tasks as required.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related areas;
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in Investment Management, Fund Operations, Auditing or Accounting;
- Knowledge of Fund of Funds and Private Equity is a must;
- Knowledgeable of the full cycle of middle/back office functions in fund house is preferred
- Good command of the use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and operation systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Cantonese, Mandarin and English;
- CPA / CFA is preferable;
- Team player and strong ability to multi-tasks;
- Independent, attentive to details, self-motivated, keen to learn, ability to adapt new challenges/changes.
