Manage and oversee the entire operations.

Analyze accounting and financial data, create and manage budgets;

Monitor and generate reports to the HQ;

Manage teams to reach and exceed revenue goals;

Leverage existing relationships with key clients and prospects, devising strategies for driving partnerships growth;

Negotiate contracts and close business deals;

Analyze and interpret key sales metrics to create marketing strategies that produce the best results;

Diligent awareness about performance related to monthly, quarterly and annual goals, and conduct sales forecast on a regular basis.

Hold team members accountable for revenue goal achievements, KPIs, and engagement in all sales initiatives;

Coach, develop and support all team members while leading by example;

Strategically assess current market trends for new sales opportunities and make recommendations for changing product offerings.

Perfil ideal

. Degree or Master in Business Administration, Economics or a related field (MBA is a plus);

. Team management experience;

. Exceptional negotiation and closing proficiency;

. Exceptional written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal skills;

. Fluent in English (other language is a plus);

. Strong marketing and sales acumen; Strong drive and will to succeed;

. Demonstrated critical thinking and strategic decision making ability;

. Previous experience working in one of the most success Tech companies;

. Proven track record of generating new business and achieving revenue growth.

. Natural leader and motivator of sales and business development teams;

. Ambitious and target focused with a drive to succeed;

. Hunter attitude;

. Experience in developing and implementing strategic and business plans;

. Excellent organizational and time management skills;

. Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills.
