The Performance Reporting Team is responsible for the production of investments monitoring reports for pension funds from several European countries and Growth Markets, which include asset allocation, performance and risk analysis, funding level monitoring, research topics and strategy updates.

 

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

o   Production of investments monitoring reports for pension funds with quantitative and qualitative analysis and performance appraisal

o   Contact external entities (such as asset managers) to receive and validate customer information.

o   Compilation of information and preparation of analysis, evaluation and interpretation of results.

o   Develop and maintain databases with information of each client.

o   Follow-up with consulting teams, suggesting approaches and clarifying details of reports produced.

o   Responsible for thorough analysis of portfolios to help stakeholders make better investment decisions.

o   Supporting consultants when appropriate on a technical perspective (methodologies, assumptions) and client reporting queries;

o   Be an agent of change constantly contributing to improve processes;

 

PROFILE

Hard Skills:.

o   Degree in Finance, Economy, Management or similar.

o   Intermediate or Advanced (B2 or C) knowledge in English.

o   Strong analytical skills; strong command of Excel.

o   CFA or CIPM designations are a plus, although not mandatory

 

Soft Skills:

o   Excellent interpersonal skills.

o   Strong oral and written communication skills.

o   Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment.

o   Strong critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skill.
