The Client Service Manager provides leadership and supervision to the private client service team. In this position, you will lead a team as a player/coach to deliver exceptional client service by working closely with our Relationship Managers and Operations Team to serve our individual and family clients' needs.

In this role, you will lead a team as a player/coach to:

- Prepare for client meetings with Relationship Managers, proactively address service needs for clients, and complete meeting follow-up tasks

- Manage Riverbridge’s relationship with its custodians in addition to managing custodial accounts and requests for cash, stock, account transfers, and account changes

- Organize and prioritize timely and professional responses to verbal requests from clients

- Provide power-user support of financial planning software

- Facilitate onboarding of new client relationships, including completion of custodial paperwork and internal contracts

- Update, maintain and utilize our CRM system to maximize the client experience

- Improve workflows and maintain compliance standards 

You will be a good fit if you are:

- A graduate of a 4-year bachelor’s program and have five years of client service experience with private client, retail, or institutional markets

- A strong team member, leader, and enjoy building teams and connecting with clients

- A self-starter and strong communicator
