Consultant - Chicago

Verus is in search of a Consultant in the Chicago area to join our Verus team. The successful candidate should expect to work remotely in the beginning, anticipating additional resources in support of growing business opportunities. We currently have offices in Seattle, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Pittsburgh. Candidates should have established relationships with a network of colleagues in the broader investment community and experience with multiple asset categories, including alternatives.

The Consultant position is primarily responsible for solution development and client service.  Secondary responsibilities include contributing to firm growth through new business development, as well as contributing to the firm’s intellectual property.

Prerequisites:

• Minimum of 5 years relevant investment experience with institutional clients as a consultant, research associate or senior member of an investment team.
• MBA and/or CFA designation.
• Thought leadership demonstrated through white papers and public speaking.
