Research Analyst (multi sectors focus) - listed HK top tier developer - family office role

Job Description

Our client is a top tier HK listed real estate developer with a market leading presence in Hong Kong . Currently they are looking for a multi sector focused Research Analyst to join their family office.

Job role

• Analysis multi sector asset classes and products including funds, equities, bonds, etc.
• Report market movement and trends in the focused sectors
• Conduct DD and assist in the closing process if needed
• Assist in investment reports and market updates

Key requirements

• University degree or above in Economics/Finance/ Accounting or related discipline
• 4-6+ years of market research experience, real estate market coverage is an advantage but not a must
• Must have strong background and experience in fundamental analysis
• CFA designation is preferred
• Experienced in conducting market research reports and presentations
