Interim Trade Support Analyst (6 Month FTC)

The Interim Trade Support Analyst will carry out the following duties:

• Acting as an escalation point to resolve technical issues in a timely manner
• Researching and resolving trade discrepancies by interacting with brokers, banks, and fund managers
• Involvement project management related to fund launches and trade support
• Proactively identifies process enhancement initiatives to gain efficiencies and improve quality
• Develop a strong and consistent knowledge of funds and securities assigned and obtains an end-to-end knowledge of the operational processes being supported
• Preparing reports for management and internal committees

The Interim Trade Support Analyst will meet the following skill set:

• Over three years experience within an investment management house
• Holds an undergraduate degree or equivalent
• Holds a relevant professional qualification such as the IMC or CFA
• Strong working proficiency in Excel
• Excellent judgement with the ability to analyse and respond to complex issues
• Knowledge of the full trade life-cycle
