Compensation is in line with the London market for an Associate within Investment Banking.
Description
The role will involve:
- Supporting senior team members in the origination of new deal to ensure a steady pipeline
- Execution of corporate finance, strategic advisory deals and ECM transactions in the UK and Ireland
- Financial modelling, due diligence, preparing of ECM documentation
Profile
The successful candidate for this role will have:
- Existing Corporate Finance/M&A experience gained in either another Investment Bank or a reputable boutique
- Outstanding technical skills and financial modelling skills, you will be able to create models and undertake analysis with minimal oversight from the senior team
- UK M&A transaction experience viewed favourably but isn't a prerequisite
- Exposure to multiple sectors is great however sector specialists should still apply
- The pursuit of further professional qualifications such as the ACA/CFA looked upon favourably
- A strong academic background
