Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing credit risk management work plan and budget
- Formulate credit policies in line with the Group's credit strategies, developments and the risk appetite
- Assess the impact from regulatory and market changes to enhance credit risk management strategies and policies
- Assess and review product programs from credit risk management perspective
- Degree holder or above in Banking and Finance, Economics, Law or related fields
- Qualifications in CFA, FRM or law related areas are preferable
- At least 5 years' experience in credit risk management in banking
- Good knowledge of credit risk management and banking products such as loans, bonds, trade finance, specialized lending, derivatives
- Independent, committed, proactive and responsible
- Strong analytical skills and interpersonal communication skills
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Credit Risk Manager
