Job Duties:
1) Market analysis, asset valuation and prepare proposal on the of new real estate investment projects in Hong Kong, Mainland China and Overseas.( Travel frequently)
2) Responsible of post-investment management
3) Responsible for the financaial analysis of the investment projects and commentary on improvement of ROI
4) Develop new business opportunities
5) Handle any ad-hoc projects
Requirments:
Education background- Bachelor Degree with major in Construction Enginerring, Real Estate Managament, Finance related disciplines
Years of experince: 5- 8 years's solid experience in real estate investment/ project management
Others: REIT experience is an advantage, CPA/ CFA/ professional qaulificattion of surveyor
