Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Perform DCM&ECM execution for bonds&stock issuance and placement in Hong Kong;
- Work closely with sales and trading team, legal and compliance in deal execution;
- Prepare pitch book in both English and Chinese;
- Build market network with counterparts;
- Explore, negotiate and liaise with potential investors for financing transactions.
Requirements:
- University degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline;
- With 3 years or above DCM or ECM execution experience in Investment Banks or Securities firms;
- SFC Type 1 license holder;
- CFA and CPA professional qualifications are preferred;
- Good command in spoken and written English & Chinese (Putonghua a must).
