The Role:
As a key member of the treasury sales services team, you will be responsible for:-
Additionally, you will also actively participate in departmental projects relating to IBOR transition, IRRBB/FRTB, BCBS239 and related systems upgrade and migration. You will also assist the Department Head in all areas of the ALM function including the management of FX risk, Interest Rate risk, liquidity risk, ratios risk within internal limit and regulatory framework.
Qualification and Experience:
Candidates shall possess a recognised university degree and should preferably have no less than 10 to 15 years' treasury experience including relevant and substantive experience in corporate treasury sales, ALM and Money Market. Professional CFA charter qualification will be an added advantage.
Strong leadership and communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential attributes the candidate must also possess.
Candidates who are registered Representatives (RNF) to and in possession of CMFAS 1A/1B, 4B, 5, 6, 6A and FRMP certification will be preferred.

- Developing strategies to achieve treasury sales KPI targets,
- Performing trade execution and services functions for all treasury related products including FX related and interest rate hedging flow for corporate clients,
- Managing the sales team to support the lending activities of the Bank and monitor sales, cross-selling and advisory performance, and
- Treasury business NPNM process from conceptualization to final launch.
