Assist Manager Finance, Private Equity

Based in Hong Kong and covering both Hong Kong and Japan, this role supports the investment team and reports to the regional Finance Manager.

Assist investment activities and portfolio reporting

Portfolio tracking, performance and risk management involving strong statistical analysis, working closely with

• Perform valuations and financial modeling on potential investments
• Coordinate investment-related expenses approval and payment
• Coordinate portfolio income, or expense reimbursement billing and collection
• Act as the contact person with portfolio companies' Finance Departments
• Collate portfolios' financials and info for tax filings
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly reports: Investment Evaluation Report, LP Report and NAV Report

The ideal candidate could come from Big 4, PE, VC or investment banking, with at least 5 years experience and will have valuations, accounting and be commerical sauvy. Japanese or Mandarin language skills would be ideal for this role.
