Internal Audit - Director (NY, NY) for Evercore Partners Services East LLC to manage complex projects by conducting due diligence, leading internal review & preparing written deliverable in accordance w/ specified deadlines. Reqs Bach deg in Engg Mgmt, Acctg, Info Tech, or rltd field of study, & 9 yrs of exp w/ Info Tech, Acctg or IT Audit background, particularly in an Info Security Audit background. Will accept Master’s deg & 7 yrs of exp in lieu of Bach deg & 9 yrs of exp. Exp specified must incl 9 yrs of exp (or 7 yrs of exp if Master’s deg) w/ each of the following: large, multi-national company auditing exp (w/ focus in financial svcs); Info Tech auditing; deal structuring & closing principals; research, quantitative & analytical skills in explaining mkt events; MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint); Data Analytics, RPA & GRC tools; & utilizing general acctg & finance principles. Reqs CISA (ISACA) & CAMS (ACAMS) certifications. Reqs up to 20% domestic/int'l travel.
