Structuring - Analyst/Associate (Valuations)

The Structuring team at GENTWO AG is looking for an Analyst/Associate to help with the valuations of issued products, furthermore supporting throughout the structuring process and with product life-cycle management related matters. Structuring includes (but is not limited to) the drafting of termsheets and reviewing of hedge contracts while engaging with existing clients. Product life-cycle management includes (but is not limited to) primary and secondary market transactions, events (e.g. interest/coupon payments, expirations/terminations) and payments (e.g. fees). Process optimization and challenging the 'status quo' is another important component of daily business.

Requirements:

Qualifications: Bachelor degree in finance/economics/business administration/mathematics/physics from a reputable university achieving above-average results. Nice to have: professional qualifications (e.g. CFA, CAIA)

Work experience: Structured Products (1-2 years) in a technical role (e.g. Structuring, Trading). Nice to have: accounting/fund administration experience

Soft skills required: diligence, perceptive/abstract thinking, intellectual curiosity, motivated/entrepreneurial, team-player, organized.

Hard skills: Excel (Expert). Nice to have: VBA experience
