HOLT is a team within Credit Suisse's Sustainability, Research and Investment Solutions division that provides differentiated investment solutions and services to buy-side equities investors. HOLT is widely used and recognized by institutional investors as the leader in corporate performance and valuation of equities.

HOLT offers an online platform called HOLT LensTM, investment products and consulting services.

Credit Suisse HOLT is looking for exceptional Associate / VP / level candidates to join their HOLT Customs Solutions team in London.

Responsibilities and Key Attributes:

The team is responsible for managing, developing, monetizing and servicing innovative corporate performance and modelling tools for high priority clients. The key responsibilities and duties of the HOLT Customs Solutions Consultant role are as follow:-

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the HOLT methodology to properly service clients.
  • Confidently generate innovative solutions for clients and advise them on how to manage/implement these effectively in their investment process.
  • Strong interpersonal capability to engage with clients, leveraging excel-based HOLT valuation and modelling products.
  • Collaborate with a wide range of teams within Credit Suisse (Equity Research, Cash Sales, Credit Suisse Private Bank, etc.) to create incremental business for the bank by providing clients with the best, most comprehensive service possible.


You Offer
  • Strong understanding of corporate valuation and equity analysis (DCF and modelling experience).
  • Excellent data analytic skills and attention to detail (CFA; MBA preferred).
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (individual interaction as well as presentations to large groups).
  • Experience in product design and advanced coding skills would be a plus.
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, good teammate and proven ability to work in a time sensitive environment.
