Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Source deals and identify investment opportunities across China Healthcare, TMT, Education, Retail, Tourism, Education sectors etc
- Lead due diligence, financial analysis with the team
- Work together with the team on liaising with 3rd parties to complete investment reports (including commercial, legal, and tax due diligence) for Investment Committee for approval
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above, with professional qualifications such as CPA or CFA
- Over 10 years of working experience or above from bulge bracket/ alternative investment companies; candidates with coverage experience is highly preferred
- Familiar with the primary market in China, with great personal networks
- Strong knowledge in accounting and financial analysis, familiar with financial due diligence and financial model valuation capabilities.
- Native in Mandarin and Fluent in English
