I'm working with a large commodities house who is currently going through a period of growth in their product controller team. They are in need of an experienced individual with knowledge of Oil, Gas and Power.

You will be joining a global team and having oversight of junior / new members of the team, sharing your experience and ensuring that the work is correct and complete to a high standard.

Key responsibilities:

• Work with Gas Storage, Gas options and Natural Gas Swing contracts.
• Complete monthly and quarterly reports.
• Understand PnL and the life cycle of the deal.
• Support the finance closing process.

Key skills/competencies required:

• Commodities knowledge. (Specifically Oil, Gas and Energy)
• Hold or working towards their CFA
• Strong analytical skills
• Understand the deal life cycle.
• Understand Gas Storage, Gas options and Natural Gas Swing contracts.
