Risk Manager PE/RE - Independent Management Company - Up to 85K

With a worldwide presence, this independent Management Company provides tailor-made and complete services such as Investment Management, Portfolio management, Compliance Monitoring, Corporate Governance, Risk Management, ... for UCITS and AIFs.

To strengthen the team, this entity is looking for a flexible and team player Risk Manager to participate in the controls and analysis of the Risk activity as well as in various risk related projects.

Risk Manager - Tasks:

• Monitor and assess Liquidity Risk, Market Risk, Counterparty risk, Funding Risk and Operational Risk related to the Funds.
• Monitor the valuation related to the Funds and share the results of your valuation analyses for investments during committees
• Perform Risk reports and ad-hoc reports related to PE/RE
• Participate to Risk committees and advise the board on Risk management to ensure compliance with regulations
• Participate in customer and prospect meetings and represent our Risk department

Risk Manager - Profile:

• You have a degree in a related field
• You have a minimum of 4 year of experience in a similar position in Luxembourg
• You have knowledge of investment funds and related requirement for risk management
• You speak English and French fluently
• You have strong organizational and communication skills
