Manager/Senior Manager, Capital Management Division

Company Description:

A Hong Kong based conglomerate group, has subsidiaries listed in Hong Kong.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

Prepare industry and companies analysis reports for the group and its subsidiaries;
Involve in the valuation, financial analysis and capital restructuring of the Group and its subsidiaries;
Participate in various corporate finance transactions, including merger and acquisition, asset disposal, IPO and secondary market fund raising activities;
Provide insightful analytics on financial performance forecast to support business decisions;
Prepare and review proposals and transaction documents;
Work extensively with other teams of the Finance Department for certain head office overall financial management functions for the Group.

Job Requirements:

Postgraduate degree in related discipline is preferred;
HKICPA/CICPA or CFA or equivalent professional qualification is preferred;
3-7 years equity research experience with investment banks or professional firms, with Corporate Finance experience preferred;
Familiar with financial analysis, corporate finance, valuation model, capital market operation, accounting and regulatory requirements;
Fluent in both Mandarin and English are required with proven track record of strong Chinese writing and communication skill;
Positions available in Hong Kong.
