Better requires process discipline and simplification
We'll be looking to you to help oversee the foreign exchange risk management for Western Union's consumer money transfer business. You will be responsible for daily risk management of foreign currency exposures, providing input and developing strategies for mitigating FX risk relating to new products and partnerships. You'll support the reconciliation of currency P&L results. You will interact with key stakeholder groups within the business. You will manage and develop multiple team members.

For such a fast-paced role, you'll have a minimum of 5 years of foreign exchange experience within Treasury, Finance or Accounting. You will also have obtained your bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting Finance or Economics, with MBA, CFA or CPA preferred. You will have strong leadership experience and an ability to manage multiple priorities. You'll have strong automation and IT/database skills. You will have the ability to develop relationships across the company and an entrepreneurial mindset to build and improve best in class capabilities.
