Responsibilities:
  • Identify investment ideas and strategies according to each client's investment preferences and risk profile within the context of the bank's universe.
  • Provide, update and disseminate market views on a regular basis by identifying opportunities across different asset classes with sound rationale including fundamental/technical/any other market qualitative aspects
  • Scope includes partnering with RMs to assist with client acquisition.
  • Client proposals review and attend client meetings when necessary
  • Manage clients' investment performance and risk assumption in order to develop a win-win situation for the clients and the bank
  • May require extensive travel primarily to Bangkok, Thailand

Requirements:
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in the financial industry
  • University degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related fields Deep understanding of financial products and industry landscape
  • Good investment knowledge with a sound understanding of the global investment industry, markets, and products
  • Familiar with financial software e.g. Reuters and Bloomberg
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • CFA is an advantage
  • MAS RNF registered representative
  • Thai language is an advantage
