Responsibilities:
  • Perform Portfolio review on assets quality and identify borrowers risk level in order to adopt de-risk strategy.
  • Conduct internal control testing in order to ensure effective enforcement of Credit Risk Policy and Procedure.
  • Provide secretarial service for Early Warning meeting and proactive manage on all EW accounts to avoid further deterioration in assets quality.
  • Assist in handling the internal and external audit activities
  • Assist section head to review internal guidelines, procedures, policies and external regulations complied with SPM and ensure the compliance accordingly;
  • Perform other ad hoc projects or assignments.

Requirements:
  • University degree in Risk Management, Finance, Economics, Accounting or related disciplines;
  • Professional qualification in CFA, FRM, ACCA or CPA; and Certification of EFC-CRM from HKIB would be advantage;
  • At least 8 years' experience in credit and risk management: credit approval, RMs, commercial/ corporate lending, credit portfolio analysis;
  • Exposure in preparing credit portfolio review reports is highly preferred
  • Sound knowledge in post-approval monitoring, commercial lending /corporate lending, credit risk management, HKMA loan classification and IFRS9;
  • Good understanding of regulatory requirements and banking practices on credit risk management;
  • Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills with good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
