Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement both short-term and long-term action plans for cross boarder and overseas business development in Private Banking department
- Optimize and promote cross boarder platform to clients based outside HK (mainly in Mainland China and South East Asia) and meet relevant targets demonstrating the accomplishment of such cross boarder platforms
- Enhance cross-border cooperation with different organizations of BOC Group, build and improve cooperative strategies with Mainland and overseas BOC divisions with the target of improve mutual client referral and business cooperation
- Fully aware of cross boarder business related regulations and guidelines, take effective measures to mitigate possible risk exposure in every area of business development
- Closely communicate and collaborate with co-workers from BOCHK, Mainland BOC Branches, overseas divisions of BOC Group,to enhance mutual understanding and collaboration
- Oversee and support the wealth management and private banking business development of South East Asia divisions of BOC HK to ensure satisfactory achievements
- Bachelor's Degree or above, major in Business Adminstration/Finance/Economics/Marketing etc.
- at least 5 years of working experience in business development, general administration, product development or marketing and business planning, including at least 3 years of work experience in Mainland China financial institutions or Mainland China related business
- Preferably CFA, CFP or CFMP qualification holders
- Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese
