Fixed Income Fund Analyst

We are currently representing an award-winning, boutique wealth manager providing financial advice and investment management services to individuals, small businesses and charitable endowments.

They are looking to add a Senior Fund Research Analyst to their Fixed Income Team.

The Role

• You will work alongside members of the investment team, including Portfolio Managers, to conduct third party fund research.
• You will be a key member of the team; conducting independent research to determine potential new trade and fund ideas.
• You will undertaking independent quantitative and qualitative research, including both desk research and fund manager meetings with fixed income funds
• Provide analysis and due diligence reports to Portfolio Managers, presenting the conclusions to the Fund Selection Committee.
• You also be expected to collaborate with, guide and mentor other analysts on the team.

The Candidate

• At least four years' experience conducting fund research, ideally on Fixed Income funds
• CFA Charterholder
• An interest in Impact and Sustainable investing
• Strong team player
• Working to tight deadlines
• Writing, presentation skills
• Required experience with the following: Morningstar, Excel (Advanced), Bloomberg, Microsoft Office
