Job Description:
Dimensionals Investment Solutions Group (ISG) acts as a source of specialized investment knowledge that delivers thought leadership, education and analysis to our clients through face-to-face interactions and compelling, informative content.

Within ISG, the Product Management team serves as an important function in supporting the effective promotion of our strategies through messaging and content development, industry and competitive analysis, internal and external communication, and cross-department coordination. This position will support senior members of the team on planning and executing priority initiatives. Success in this role may lead to opportunities to own the overall success of projects and increased collaboration with senior leaders within the firm. This position is based in either our Austin, TX or Charlotte, NC office and reports to a senior member of the Product Management team.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a deep understanding of Dimensionals investment approach and its implementation across strategies.
• Continually support the firm in differentiating Dimensional and our investment approach through content (various mediums) and internal or external communications.
• Develop external and internal content that support Dimensional strategies and investment priorities, which requires the ability to convey complex investment concepts in varying mediums and with consideration for varying audiences.
• Support senior team members on strategic campaign planning, which requires an in-depth understanding of campaign goals and related investment concepts, an understanding of relevant competitive considerations, and familiarity with targeted audiences.
• Manage campaign workflow to ensure execution within targeted timelines and with adherence to campaign objectives.
• Serve as an internal resource on firm an industry product knowledge
• Maintain a pulse on industry and competitor trends and events.
• Support the team in monitoring opportunities or competitive challenges for Dimensional strategies and developing plans to address internally or externally.
• Collaborate on product-related efforts with other departments including investments, portfolio management operations, sales, marketing, legal, and compliance.
• Own or support special project work or ad hoc requests.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree required. An MBA or CFA preferred.
• Five or more years of prior employment within the investment industry.
• Previous experience in product management or related functions is strongly preferred.
• Experience with fixed income investment concepts and strategies preferred.
• Experience with investment-related content creation strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated understanding of broad markets, asset classes, and investment products.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to resolve problems effectively and exercise independent judgment.
• Motivated to self-teach skills and apply learned knowledge to applicable tasks.
• Experience managing complex projects with many stakeholders.
