Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Responsible for building and maintain clients focus on Japanese region
- Develop new institutional clients in Japan, Hong Kong, and Singapore
- Oversee and manage the Japanese accounts and sales team
- A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Well organised, high energy level/self-starter
- Excellent attention to detail, even in high stress conditions
- The ability to work effectively and professionally with all levels of personnel both internally and externally
- Proven strategic planning experience at management level
- English as a requisite, Japanese would be advantageous
- CFA preferred
