This is an excellent opportunity for a top tier Investment Bank/ Private Equity professional to transition into one of the world's illustrious companies as their VP, M&A.
You will be hired as part of a 18-months programme designed to nurture future talents for the organization. You will commence the programme as an integral member of the M&A organization and assume responsibilities encompassing M&A, corporate strategy and business development. You will work closely with business leaders, providing commercial financial advice to drive business performance, go-to-market strategies and cost saving initiatives. Upon completion of the programme, you will be deployed as an in-market Finance leader. High performing individuals can look forward to accelerated development and exciting long term opportunities with the organisation.
You have to be based in Hong Kong for the first 18 - 24 months and be geographically mobile to relocate to different parts of Asia Pacific.
Travelling in excess of 30% is anticipated.
Ideally, you are a qualified CA/ CIMA/ CFA with post-graduate qualifications from a renowned university. You will have 8 to 12 years of experience in one of the following fields:
You have a track record in identifying business trends, providing sound recommendations and establishing relationships with senior business stakeholders. Proficiency in an additional Asian language would be essential for success in this role. Prior international work experience would be highly valued. To succeed in this role, you will be described as agile, bold, commercial, driven and entrepreneurial.
