Duties and Responsibilities;

Duties and Responsibilities;
- Partner with Consumer Banking Group (CBG) & Wealth Management Leadership Team and HR Relationship Managers to formulate regional learning framework in support of the business strategy and priorities
- Manage the Regional Learning Governance Frameworks for design, development and implementation of key CBG & Wealth learning initiatives
- Review, enhance and maintain the Regional Wealth Management curriculum to ensure relevancy and fit for market
- Align learning interventions to ensure consistency across 6 key markets by integrating country-specific training requirements
- Deliver selected Wealth Management and Bank-wide training programs
- Partner with the regional Learning and Development teams to ensure key learning interventions are tracked, evaluated and measured periodically, in relation to post training effectiveness, cost-efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction
- Collaborate with HR Shared Services team to ensure learning processes are strategic, productive, cost-efficient and implemented effectively within the targeted parameters in compliance with the Bank's operation risk control guidelines
- Participate in bank-wide Group HR projects
- Bachelor degree or international equivalent
- At Least 10 years of Advanced Learning and Development experience in a global organization; preferably in the Wealth Management industry
- Background in advisory position in the Wealth Management business preferred
- Good understanding of Learning Value Chain, especially in the area of learning consulting
- Well established background in Wealth Advisory and Products competency, with a strong track record as a facilitator of these programs
- Experience in hosting programs for audience of all ranks and roles in various formats and methods
- Consultative, commercial and solutions-oriented in approach
- Strong project and change management capabilities.
- Experience in building strong and effective professional relationship in a complex organization
- Exceptional influencer, capable of managing senior stakeholders in both HR and business unit
- Proven team player with solid presentation and communication skills
- Familiarity with statutory and regulatory requirements pertaining to CMFAS and CACS is essential
- Professional qualification such as Certified Financial Planner or Chartered Financial Analyst is preferred
