- Assist in the preparation of monthly portfolio performance reports
- Providing analytical support to the Asset Management & Acquisitions team
- Play an active role in the project management of the annual valuation process
- Working alongside the Investor Relations team with quarterly and annual results announcements
Requirements:
- Professional Qualification (ACA, ACCA, CFA)
- Degree with a focus in Finance, Real Estate, Finance, or Mathematics
- Experience building complex financial models
- Detail orientated, organised and highly analytical
