Trader Analyst - Derivatives

Our client is a Banking Institution that is now recruiting a Trader Analyst to join the Equity Derivatives department.

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for being the main contact link between management, secondary traders and other teams interacting with the trading desk;
• Performing critical risk analysis and managing high value risk and profitability reporting;
• Guiding and supporting traders with analysis of the deal flow;
• Liaising with other areas and departments such as middle office and back office;
• Improving day-to-day operations through automation and industrialization.

Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Finance or Engineering;
• At least 5 years of experience in financial markets;
• Proficiency in Excel (including VBA – mandatory) and Python;
• Fluent in English (mandatory);
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
