I am looking for a qualified accountant to join a leading Investment Bank as an FP&A / Business Partner in a highly commercial role with a focus on company strategy related to revenue and core business initiatives. This role will require you to partner with the wider business to plan, forecast and deliver the annual financial plan. This will be a dynamic responsibility that is consistently monitored throughout the financial year, and adjusted in relation to markets and company performance.
This role will require you to be highly analytical using KPIs, market trends and variance analysis to aid in the creation of lucrative opportunities, whilst minimising exposure to risks, and improving performance on existing business initiatives. You will be instrumental in supporting senior management in their business decisions, and will require you to be confident and challenge when necessary.
Supporting the business unit you will provide key information on how the department spend their money, investments, acquisitions and technology integration. You will also make use of your modelling skills to predict long term growth, and insights into business performance.
Experience: -
* Commercial experience (FP&A / Business Partnering)
* ACA / CFA / CIMA
* Ability to work alongside and influence senior stakeholders
* Experience with business planning / reporting tools
* Experience in managing a team
