Your role As a Manager you will gain a wide variety of skills andexperiences across a range of engagements. You'll play a vital role in conceiving strategies for ourclients, planning the implementation, and at times strategy delivery.

The nature of the work we do includes:
• Strategic optionsanalysis and evaluation: working with clients to understand and definestrategic choices ahead of key investment decisions
• Market analysis:traditional evidence-led analysis to identify market development opportunitiesto support client strategies
• Developing strategicbusiness models: determining the optimum business or commercial model toeffectively deliver client objectives
• Capability building:helping our clients configure effectively and develop their ability to deliveroperational excellence in specific areas
• Stimulatinginnovation: identifying new ways of working that will stimulate innovation andgrowth, and lead to better decision-making
• Digitaltransformation: guiding and supporting clients through imagining, defining anddelivering their digital journey to enable competitive advantage

As a Manager your responsibilities willinclude:
• Leadership: independently leading engagements fromscoping through delivery
• Analysis and insight: leading execution of rigorousand insightful analysis to build an evidence base to support strategydevelopment and change
• Tools, skills and frameworks: utilising effectively thosetools that can be brought to bear on new client problems, and shared as bestpractice within the team
• Team management: managing and supporting juniorresources in order to ensure successful project delivery
• Relationship management: working closely with clientsand internal stakeholders, taking the lead in developing strong professionalrelationships and liaising with teams to deliver a seamless client experience
• Continuous Learning: proactively developing your ownskills, seeking feedback, building knowledge, and sharing your insight withcolleagues
• Taking a leadership role in the management of thepractice and business development
Your work, yourchoice Location You will be based in a Deloitte Londonoffice, however travel will be required for client projects. Whilst some clientsare London-based, we do spend time on site with regional and internationalclients. We specify full mobility for our consulting roles but we makearrangements respectfully.
Work Pattern This is a permanent role with a degree offlexibility. We do encourage careful consideration of agile ways of working,both formal and informal arrangements that allow for the best outcomes for ourpeople and our clients.

Your professionalexperience Showing strong performance and academiccredentials. We are looking for people who positively enjoy addressing complexproblems in an analytical manner, with a proven record for effective deliveryin a project environment and a strong background in the payments sector.

To qualify for therole we are looking for:
Developed StrategyConsulting toolkit (research, analysis, communication skills, stakeholdermanagement, etc.) in top tier consultancy
Business leadership,strategy, commercial and, or operational management experience within paymentsservice providers, payments arms of banks, tech or FinTechs
Deep understanding ofthe payments landscape globally an advantage and required for UK & Europe
Demonstrated abilityto lead and manage teams to successfully deliver initiatives/complex programmeswithin an organisation and/or client facing projects
Experience inmarketing and selling (externally or internally) a distinct advantage
A strong academic track record
Flexibility to travel

Additional desirableattributes include:
A post graduatequalification (completed or in progress), e.g. MBA, CFA, CIMA
Experience in digitalstrategy/transformation and/or innovation
