Role & Responsibilities
Responsible for providing support to the International Equity team in the preparation and implementation of investment decisions, investment research, research projects and client servicing focusing on data analysis and presentation.

Responsible for providing support to the International Equity team in the preparation and implementation of investment decisions, investment research, research projects and client servicing focusing on data analysis and presentation.
Investment Management
- Research - Production of high quality data analysis and presentation to support country, industry and stock investment research for the International Equity Product.
- Implementation - Assisting with the data production and analysis to support investment decision-making by the Equity Strategy Committee; undertaking analysis of the investment strategy outcomes and implementation of Company policy under the guidance of members of the International Equity team.
- Work closely with the Performance team and Implementation team members.
- Development and Management of the weekly stocklist, investment screening tools, and reviewing the fortnightly team meeting materials.
- Assist PMs in preliminary company data processing for research and investment decision-making.
- Support Company's client service and marketing operations by providing data support for consultant and potential client presentations.
- Work with US Client services team in providing data to respond to RFP's and Consultant information requests.
- Preparation of monthly client letters and associated checking of valuations) and prices.
- Production of monthly and ad hoc investment reports and communications to clients and consultants.
- Production of quarterly, semi-annual and annual attribution commentary.
- Accurate and timely preparation of client presentation materials, working with Portfolio Managers and Client Services.
- Build strong working relationship with client service teams in USA and UK.
Background and Experience
- Outstanding academic background; CFA Level I or equivalent
- Candidates with an investment or consultancy background
- Knowledge of International Equities portfolio securities and sectors
- Microsoft Excel skills (advanced);
- Able to operate Datastream, Reuters and Bloomberg information systems
- Proven research and data capability and experience
- Understanding of stock market and industry operating and investment valuation context
- Strong numeracy and written skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment & possess well developed interpersonal skills
- Needs to assimilate information quickly
- High potential; very bright with an energetic approach
- Strong mathematical skills - able to cope with numbers but needs to be a 'rounded' individual
